Amendment 0001 has been issued to SeaPort NxG Rolling Admissions solicitation N0017821R7000. This amendment incorporates the following changes:

Section C - DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS - Subsection C.14 - ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST (OCI) - has been revised.

Section I - CONTRACT CLAUSES - clauses have been updated to most recent versions; required clauses incorporated by reference and in full text.

Section L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITION AND NOTICES TO BIDDERS - The following subsections have been updated:

Subsection 2.4, adds item "h". Subsecton 3.13, clarifies when to complete PART A and B of Attachment J.3. Subsection 4.2, includes the use of Adobe and additional font. Subsection 4.3 - Naming Convention - updated to include OCI Plan. Subsection 5.2 - COVER LETTER - removes SAMMI Number requirement; corrects proposal validity timeframe; and incorporates OCI determination statement. Subsection 5.3.1 has been clarified. Subsections 5.7.1 and 5.7.2 have been clarified. Subsection 5.8.3 clarifed and duplicate subsection renumbered as 5.8.4. Subsection 6.1 revised to "SeaPort Program Office".

Section M - EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD - Subsection 3.0.1 adds item "h". Subsection 3.0.4 has been added for OCI Plan.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, on behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command and the Navy SYSCOM partners NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP, ONR and USMC, has issued solicitation N00178-21-R-7000 for a full and open competitive requirement to award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity Multiple Award Contracts (IDIQ MACs) to allow SeaPort-NxG MAC holders to compete for future task order awards in Seaport- NxG. **CURRENT SEAPORT NXG MAC HOLDERS DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL UNDER THIS ROLLING ADMISSIONS.**

The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 and the revenue size standard for Small Business is $41.5 Million.

Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Information on registration may be obtained on www.beta.sam.gov.

Proposals are due 12 Feb 2021 no later than 10:00 am ET.
