Amendment 001

The purpose of Amendment 001 is to extend the solicitation closing date to September 12, 2023, 3PM EST.

Additionally, prospective bidders are advised that all licenses will be on individual designated computers (node-locked licenses).

Except as noted above, all terms and conditions of FA240123Q0002 remain unchanged and in effect.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Space Development Agency (SDA) requests quotes specified in Attachment 1. All items requested are to be provided as Brand Name only as noted in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3.

This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 541519.

Background
The Space Development Agency (SDA) has issued Amendment 001 to extend the solicitation closing date to September 12, 2023, 3PM EST. Additionally, all licenses will be on individual designated computers (node-locked licenses). The original solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6. The requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 541519.

Work Details
