Work Details

Bidders are instructed to enter a price per unit in the 'Unit Price Bid' column and extend the total to the 'Total Price Bid' column. Additionally, bidders are required to agree that all general and special sale terms contained or incorporated by reference in the invitation for bids are incorporated into and made a part of their bid. The bidder also commits to purchase and pay for any or all items or lots of property listed within a specified number of calendar days after the date of bid opening.
