SCCAO Tracy Pest Control Services   2

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, part of the Interior Region 10 in Sacramento, California, is seeking pest control services for its South-Central California Area Office (SCCAO) located in Tracy. The goal of this contract is to provide effective pest management solutions to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facilities under its jurisdiction.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing rodent and pest control services at two locations: the Administration Complex and the Tracy Fish Collection Facility in Byron, California. Specific tasks include:

1. Monthly exterior pest spraying for all buildings except the Biology Area, with additional pest calls as needed (up to twice a month).
2. Interior pest spraying as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
3. Installation and maintenance of rodent control equipment in all buildings/sheds, with bi-monthly visits until rodent issues are under control.
4. Immediate removal of any dead rodents during site visits, with additional calls for removal if needed.
5. The contractor must maintain a valid Pesticide Applicators License for California and ensure that all insect sprays used are approved for areas near water.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from March 24, 2025, to March 23, 2026, with four option years extending through March 23, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at two locations in Byron, California: 16650 Kelso Road (Administration Complex) and 6525 Lindeman Road (Tracy Fish Collection Facility).
