The contractor shall deliver and install a complete usable Scalable Modular Data Center. The contractor shall provide all professional services, facilities, labor, equipment, appliances, tools, materials, travel, installation services, reports, specifications, and drawings associated with the project. The structural and security standards shall be engineered, tested, installed, and certified.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for proposals IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Submit proposals in reference to Request for Proposal (RFP) reference number FA5587-17-R-0016.

Offeror shall be enrolled in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) by the proposal due date of 30 January 2019.

Delivery/Assembly/Installation and all related contracted work shall be completed and finalized by 31 March 2020.
