SBM Licenses and Maintenance

The Library of Congress has awarded a sole source contract to Micro Focus / Serena. The purpose of this purchase is to procure supplies and perform services necessary to continue the Micro Focus/Serena GovCloud subscription, cloud hosting, and maintenance and support services for LC Human Capital Systems, LS Telework Management System and the Librarian's Office Events Management Application. This includes licenses subscription, cloud hosting services and professional services for applications maintenance and enhancements of all HCD SBM applications, LS Telework Management System and the Librarian's Office Events Management Application, platform upgrades and configuration of SBM applications. This includes testing in the non-production environments (both Testing and Staging environments) and verification in the Micro Focus/Serena AWS GovCloud production environment after implementation of any configuration changes. The contractor shall assist in all security assessment and testing work as well as continuous monitoring.
