Satellite Communication (SATCOM) as a Managed Service (SaaMS) Pilot Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). See attached CSS0116 Request for Quote (RFQ) with Attachments for requirement details and submission information. Attachments are included on the left side of the RFQ PDF document under the paperclip. AMD0001 was to update Attachment 8- NDA Offeror Contractor Support Personnel AMD0001. AMD0002 was to extend the quotation due date. AMD0003 is to extend quotation due date and updated Attachment 1- PWS, Attachment 6- CLIN structure, Attachment 9- Contractor DD Form 254 and Attachment 10- Question Answers. AMD 0004 is to update Attachment 1-PWS_AMD04, Attachment 2- Tech Spec_AMD04, Attachment 6- CLIN Structure_AMD04, and Attachment 10-Question Answer Template_AMD04. All current copies of attachments are included in AMD0004. AMD 0005 is to update Attachment 10-Question Answer Template_AMD05. AMD 0006 is to update Attachment 6- CLIN Structure_AMD06. AMD0007 is to clarify that in AMD0006, Attachment 6-CLIN Structure_AMD06, the following changes were made. Cells 061, O62, O135 and O136 were filled in with "n/a" whereas previously they were blank. No attachments will be uploaded with AMD0007. AMD0006 RFQ has all the updated attachments.
