Satellite Broadband Services

There are no set asides for this Request for Quote (RFQ). This is an e-Buy RFQ using the procedures at FAR Subpart 8.405-2 for a Base and 4 Option Years for the Bureau of Reclamation's (BOR) Central Valley Operations Office Satellite Broadband Services. BOR is seeking satellite broadband capabilities at select locations to enable mission-related digital communications between regional facilities. This RFQ is assigned Special Item Number (SIN) 517410, Commercial Satellite Communications Solutions (COMSATCOM). The anticipated award type is a Firm Fixed Price Task Order for services. The terms and conditions of your GSA contract will apply to the resulting Task Order. When responding to this RFQ, it is the contractor's responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete, and accurate information in the quote. BASIS OF AWARD: The award will be based on a comparative evaluation of Technical, Proposed Delivery Terms, and Price. Factor 1, Technical Subfactor 1 - The three systems shall meet the requirements specified in the technical specifications document. Subfactor 2 - Speed of download, upload, and latency. Factor 2, Proposed Delivery Terms Factor 3, Price Period of Performance: A Base + 4 Option Years that starts after equipment has been delivered. The RFQ has four (4) attachments: Attachment 1 - Price Schedule Revised Attachment 2 - Supply Chain Risk Mgmt Plan for BCS Attachment 3 - Technical Specifications Attachment 4 - Clauses and Provisions Quoter shall submit, at a minimum, the following documents with their quote: 1) Complete Attachment 1 - Price Schedule Revised. 2) Provide information demonstrating the contractor's proposed download speed, upload speed, and latency speed. 3) Provide delivery terms.
