Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking to continue licensing for JMP products used within the Research, Education and Economics (REE) Mission Area. The licenses need to be assigned to the appropriate JMP sites that support USDA/REE and must be visible and available on the first day of the performance period. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for commercial products or services, following the format in subpart 12.6, with additional information provided in the notice. The USDA ARS requires JMP software to support users at Headquarters and multiple research locations across the continental United States. The software products are specified in the Salient Characteristics mandated by the USDA, and there are no incidental services included in this purchase. The performance period for this contract is from March 31, 2024, to March 30, 2025, with the place of performance being ARS-AFM-ITSD-HQ in Beltsville, MD.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) a requires the continuation of licensing for JMP products utilized within the Research, Education and Economics (REE) Mission Area. Licenses must be assigned to the appropriate JMP sites which support USDA/REE such that those licenses are immediately visible and available for assignment on the first day of the period of performance. Period of Performance: 31 March 2024 through 30 March 2025. Please prepare a GSA Quote and ensure that it meets all the criteria listed. Please include the Business Name, Contact Information, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), CAGE code, and GSA Contract Number on the quote. See attached Limited Source/Brand Name Justification & RFQ 1120670 with attachment 0001 - Scope of Work. The quote should include a firm fixed price (FFP) format for the requirement. Only quotes from authorized/approved resellers will be accepted and evaluated for award. The Government intends to make a single award based on the technically acceptable offer with the lowest evaluated price (LPTA) inclusive of all line items. Commercial Item Terms & Conditions apply, per Vendor GSA contract.
