DLA Distribution has identified a requirement for SAP Support Services and cloud hosting for DLA Distribution and DLA Disposition.

The Contractor shall provide SAP support services as set forth in this PWS. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision, and services to complete the requirements. The primary objective of this PWS is for SAP Support Services to assist and conduct platform configuration development on existing SAP software licenses using the Government's DSS information. This requirement is the Pilot Test for SAP Support Services of the DLA WMS for DLA Distribution and DLA Disposition Services.
The period of performance is 2 April 2018 through 1 April 2019.
This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program. Restriction of sources is justified in accordance with FAR 8.405-6. This requirement is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b), items peculiar to one manufacturer. This requirement is available under the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for SAP Public Services Inc.

The scope of the work falls into the following specific tasks:

1. Provide IL4 level hosting (SAP Secure HANA Cloud Platform - Material Code #8005078) to include the following environments; Development, Test, Quality Assurance, Patch Fix/Sandbox, HA/DR, Production for 2580 units per year.

2. Provide SAP expertise and program management to support the pilot of SAP evaluation, best practices, pilot and assessment at DLA Distribution Corpus Christie, TX and Disposition Services San Antonio, TX.

(a) The Contractor shall be integrated into the Government Teams (made up of both Government and Contractor personnel) to advise, assist, and at times help develop implementation of DLA processes into the SAP platform.

3. Support Training of DLA Personnel on SAP modules and methodology.

(a) In working with and in the Government Teams (both Government and Contractor personnel), the Contractor shall provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to educate the Government Team members on the SAP platform.

4. Provide technical support on hosting SAP modules.

5. Support the Government program team (both Government and Contractor personnel) in the follow areas in accordance with the Government's Milestone Schedule:

- Develop Scope Analysis and planning for delivery of a single fully operational Warehouse.

- Develop proof of concept for applicable business processes.

- At least one true business process fully operational in a production pilot.

- Implement SAP warehouse template for the DSS processes that have been developed. This is the Initial Operating Capability (IOC) of the program.

- Scope and Planning required to roll out remaining processes and schedule to achieve full deployment.
