Background
The USDA Forest Service requires services for Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance to be performed on approximately eight (8) acres of land in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants. The contract will be awarded for one base year with 4 option years.

Work Details
The scope of work includes maintaining approximately eight (8) acres of land by providing lawn care and grounds maintenance services. This involves grass cutting, edging, shrub pruning, cultivation and mulching of shrubs, hedges, and flower beds, as well as addressing fire ants. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the tasks identified in the contract. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to specific frequency of service definitions and environmental specifications outlined in the document.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from April 15, 2024, through April 14, 2025 with the possibility of 4 option years.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at USDA Forest Service Santee Experimental Forest located at 3734 Highway 402, Cordesville, SC 29434.
