The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, Salisbury National Cemetery Public Restroom Renovation and Columbarium Cemetery Expansion at Salisbury National Cemetery, on or about February 21, 2025, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. The full solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be posted on Federal Contract Opportunities at sam.gov. Proposals will be due 30 calendar days after the solicitation is published. The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Request for Proposal (RFP).

This requirement will be an SDVOSB set-aside in accordance with Public Law 109-461.

The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000.

The NAICS is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Construction and the small business size standard is $45.0 Million.
