Cubicle Curtain Contract   2

The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources that can provide services for cleaning, taking down and reinstalling all patient and doctors offices cubicle curtains at our Main Medical Center, Cares Tower, all Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), Dialysis Center and Outpatient Surgery Center. This will be a five-year contract (Base plus Four One Year Options) with the base year Period of Performance being from March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and shall be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561740. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five-year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES website on or about December 11, 2023, as a request for quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due by email by January 8, 2024, by 3pm EST.
