Background
The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Memphis VAMC, Environmental Management Service, located at 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis TN 38104. The Environmental Management Service has a requirement to have a vendor provide Pest Control services for Memphis VA Medical Centers. This procurement will be Unrestricted. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan for the VA Medical Center in Memphis. The contractor shall address all infestations until complete elimination of pests in all buildings/grounds located at the VA Medical Center in Memphis. The contractor shall provide quarterly treatments and assume responsibility for compliance with various regulations and guidelines related to pest control. The IPM plan requires approval by the COR prior to implementation and will be submitted for review as part of the contractor’s contract submissions.
