S201 - Janitorial Services at John H. Bradley VA Clinic   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a solicitation for janitorial services at the John H. Bradley VA Clinic in Appleton, WI.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for veterans receiving care at the clinic. This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services, which include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the clinic, including waiting rooms, examination rooms, restrooms, and administrative offices;
- Managing waste disposal;
- Maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas;
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The services are to be performed on a regular schedule as outlined in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
