SERVICES: SOLID WASTE COLLECTION VACHS PUERTO RICO   2

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Prospective contractors shall provide all required labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, transportation and supervision to render complete pick up, and disposition services for nonhazardous Solid Waste at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) San Juan, the VA Carolina Warehouse, and Mayaguez Outpatient Clinic (MOPC). Detailed specifications and requirements are provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and related documents.
