Sama-Sair Tree Pruning and Care

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for tree pruning and care services at two locations: SAMA Maritime National Historic Site in Salem, MA, and SAIR Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site in Saugus, MA.

The goal of this contract is to maintain the health and aesthetics of the trees within these historic sites, aligning with NPS's mission to preserve natural resources.

Work Details
The contractor will provide tree pruning, stump grinding, and pesticide application services. Specific tasks include:
1. Base tree service at SAMA Maritime NHS located at 160 Derby St., Salem, MA.
2. Base tree service at SAIR Saugus Iron Works NHS located at 244 Central St., Saugus, MA.
3. All services must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding natural resources conservation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 9, 2024, to November 15, 2024.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at two locations: 160 Derby St., Salem, MA and 244 Central St., Saugus, MA.
