Moab FO and Monticello FO VT Pumping   3

The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, intends to award a firm fixed price, sole-source purchase order to Waste and Water Logistics, LLC (K7CSRKH9EWJ8) of Helper, UT. Waste and Water Logistics, LLC is the only known, available small business willing and capable to perform services on an ad hoc and short-term basis.
The scope of work for the anticipated purchase order is vault toilet pumping services for vaults/septic systems on an as needed basis which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, wash down, cleanup, disinfect, and dispose of all waste products and debris removed from toilet vaults. Service will fluctuate depending on usage. The vaults are located throughout Monticello, Price, and Moab Utah. The proposed contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award for a single, short-term period of 210 days. The estimated value is $195,000.00.
This action is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The anticipated award date is 05/15/2024. Please note that this is not a request for quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the services listed above. Deadline date for submittals is 05/10/2024 at 12:00 PM MT.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
