Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Law Enforcement Division at the Lacombe Field Office located in Lacombe, LA. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and attractive workplace for the employees stationed at this office. This procurement is being conducted as a Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, and transportation to provide professional janitorial services. The scope of work includes:
- Weekly cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
- Monthly tasks including window cleaning and deep cleaning of carpets.
- Quarterly tasks such as high dusting and maintenance of floor finishes.
- Compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of performance.

The estimated area to be serviced is approximately 2,609 square feet.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of twelve (12) months starting from February 1, 2025, with options for up to four (4) additional years extending until January 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Law Enforcement Division office located at 61387 Highway 434, Lacombe, LA 70445.
