GRTE - Kelly Snow Removal Services   2

Background
Grand Teton National Park (GRTE) requires contracted snow removal services for the Town of Kelly, Wyoming. Snow shall be removed from the paved roads in the Town of Kelly, WY from approximately November 15 – April 15 for specific roads. The total distance to be plowed during each occurrence is approximately 1.3 miles. Required service times are 4:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Sunday from approximately mid-November to mid-April each year.

The work includes snow removal services for the Town of Kelly, Wyoming, covering specific roads and requiring service times from mid-November to mid-April each year. The contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.

Period of Performance: Base Year - 11/15/2024 to 10/31/2025; Option Year 1 - 11/1/2025 to 10/31/2026; Option Year 2 - 11/1/2026 to 10/31/2027; Option Year 3 - 11/1/2027 to 10/31/2028; Option Year 4 - 11/1/2028 to 10/31/2029

Place of Performance
Location: Grand Teton National Park, Moose, Wyoming and Town of Kelly, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. Streets to be serviced include N. Main Street, E. Third Street, Little School Road & Budge Lane (connected loop), Mill Street, Easy Street, and Shortcut Street.
