S - DES Janitorial Services (Miller Compound)   2

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

This requirement is for janitorial services in support of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) United States Forest Service (USFS), Deschutes National Forest (DES) Miller Street Compound (MSC).

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies/materials, supervision, management, tools, facilities, transportation, and other incidentals and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services in accordance with (IAW) the contract, Performance Work Statement (PWS), its attachments, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

Services shall be performed at the MSC located at 80 S.E Miller Street Bend, OR 97702

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The period of performance for this contract shall be 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Years of 12-months each.

Base Period - 15 September 2023 through 14 September 2024

Option Period 1 - 15 September 2024 through 14 September 2025

Option Period 2 - 15 September 2025 through 14 September 2026

Option Period 3 - 15 September 2026 through 14 September 2027

Option Period 4 - 15 September 2027 through 14 September 2028
