The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Rubrik Data Management Software using full and open competition. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price. All items MUST be Brand Name. Please reference Section C, Specification List in the attached AMENDED RFQ for additional details.

All responses must be sent to Brooke Steele at brooke.a.steele3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 9 Fevruary 2024 at 5:00 PM EST on. A signed copy of RFQ Amendment A0001 and A0002 MUST be included.

Background

Under this tasking, the vendor shall provide: CLIN 0001: Rubrik Cloud Data Management Software, per usable BETB, Premium Support DLT Part #: RS-BT-RCDM-T, QTY 240 POP: 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF DELIVERY
CLIN 0002: Rubrik Foundation Edition; per usable BETB; Premium support DLT Part #: RS-BT-FE-PE-PP, QTY 240 POP: 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF DELIVERY
CLIN 0003: Support for R6000S Tier 3 hardware, prepay; Premium support DLT Part #: RS-HW-SVC-PE-S3, QTY 2 POP: 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF DELIVERY
CLIN 0004: Non-Returnable Disk Service for Rubrik r6000S Appliance DLT Part #: RS-NRD-R6000S, QTY 2 POP: 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF DELIVERY

Period of Performance of the contract (or delivery date) is from 26-FEB-2024 to 25-FEB-2025.

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered to Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, NSLC Detachment, 1601 Langley Ave Bldg 542, Philadelphia PA 19112.
