RSO - Sludge Removal

Background
The contract is issued by the Russellville Site Office, which oversees parks along the McClellan Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) in Arkansas. The MKARNS serves multiple purposes including navigation, power generation, environmental stewardship, and recreation.

The goal of this contract is to provide non-personal services for sludge removal and restroom services at the Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Lock and Dam.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform sludge removal/restroom services. Key tasks include:
- Sludge removal
- Drain cleanouts
- Placement and maintenance of portable toilets
- Management and supervision of all services performed according to contract specifications and applicable laws.

Additionally, the contractor must establish a Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance with service standards and conduct daily inspections to monitor service quality.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is for one base year of approximately 12 months with two optional 12-month extensions. The base year begins on March 1, 2025 or the date of award, whichever is later.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Russellville Site Office and Dardanelle Lock and Dam located in Pope and Yell counties, Arkansas.
