Roofing Project Bldg 174, 212, 150 and 1 NAS Meridian MS

Roofing project at Naval Air Station, Meridian MS. NAS Meridian's roofs located on several buildings have reached their life expectancy and are in need of replacement. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, supervision and transportation required to conduct replacement of roof system located at building 174 (Base bid 0001). Prepare roofing surface in accordance with manufacture instructions, apply a fluid applied membrane over the roof (approximately 20,100 sqft) in accordance with referenced specifications. Provide a 20 year no-dollar limit warranty. Contractor shall remove and place fluid applied system under parapet coping cap system along with any required flashing system as required by manufacturer. Parapet cap system (both ends) will be replaced. Contractor shall include block wall portions of parapet wall on both ends of the roof as part of the fluid applied system. All work will be located at NAS Meridian, MS. Other incidental work required includes any and all items necessary to ensure a complete, usable and maintainable final product including the demolition work not specifically stated elsewhere in this Statement of Work (SOW). Additional roof repairs are listed for three other buildings, 212, 150 and 1 under CLINs 0002, 0003 and 0004. All work is located at NAS Meridian MS.
