Background
The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bliss, TX has a new requirement that consists of roof repair/replace at building 20187 at Fort Bliss, TX.

Work Details
The project at Building 20187 consists of removing the existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing and replacing it with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO Roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. A hazardous materials survey is required prior to any construction. The work also includes providing new base flashing, metal cover at existing expansion joints, fall protection posts, tapered rigid insulation, roof walk pads, roof deck replacement, prefabricated roof curbs and flashing at all HVAC equipment, and removal of flashing at all roof pipe penetrations.

The Contractor is required to provide temporary heating and cooling on the interior side of the building as necessary during construction. The period of performance for the contract is one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The work will be performed at building 20187 located within the Fort Bliss TX Installation, which will be occupied during construction.
