Description

The Contractor shall provide all work, labor, materials, related fees, and related
services to complete the work according to the contract. The project at Building
11341 consists of the following: Existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing
to be removed and replace with new fully adhered 80 mil TPO Roofing system
with R-38 insulation and 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. A hazardous materials
survey is required prior to any construction.

Background
The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bliss, TX has a new requirement that consists of roof repair/replace at building 11341. The project is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The project at Building 11341 consists of removing existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing and replacing it with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO Roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. A hazardous materials survey is required prior to any construction.
The work will be performed at the intersection of Master Sergeant R. Miller St. and Barksdale Rd., located within the Fort Bliss TX Installation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be ninety (90) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Liquidated damages will be imposed for delays in completion.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at building 11341 at the intersection of Master Sergeant R. Miller St. and Barksdale Rd., located within the Fort Bliss TX Installation.
