Background
The solicitation is for the Rogue River-Siskiyou Forest-Wide HVAC Replacements. The work involves replacing existing non-functioning HVAC systems with new HVAC systems at three locations throughout the forest. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the turnkey operation of the replacements.

Work Details
The scope of the contract includes the replacement of a 5-ton HVAC system at Star Ranger Station Bldg. 2015, a 5-ton HVAC system at Powers Ranger Station Bldg. 2009, and a 3-ton Heat Pump and 5-ton Air Handler with a 5-ton HVAC system at Prospect Ranger Station Bldg. 2007. The project locations are specified for each station in Jackson County and Coos County, Oregon.
The estimated magnitude of the construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

Period of Performance
