This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to facilitate the rental of the contractor facility in support of the 2025 Rocky Mountain Western Classic Drill Meet as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

Background
The Rocky Mountain Western Classic Drill Meet has been held for over 20 years and serves as an open-invitational drill competition for JROTC programs. It provides an alternative for programs unable to participate in more distant competitions, particularly those on the eastern seaboard.

The event mirrors the standards of the Army Nationals and Joint Service Nationals, preparing teams for higher levels of competition. Annually, it attracts approximately 1,300 JROTC student-cadets, spectators, educators, stakeholders, and media. The competition requires a unique facility with at least 39,000 square feet of unobstructed space to accommodate drill performances in a single day while ensuring proper oversight.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary non-personal services to facilitate the rental of a facility for the 2025 Rocky Mountain Western Classic Drill Meet. This includes:
- Facilities for training and competition
- Furniture and equipment necessary for the event
- Management and supervision of the event
- Labor to support the setup and execution of the meet.

The contractor must ensure that all services meet the standards outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
