This solicitation is to procure Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) supplies and services, to include software development, software integration/installation, developmental testing and training in support of the C5M aircraft. The Contractor
(independently and not as an agent of the Government) shall provide Support and Sustainment to the Government as identified in the solicitation and the attachments. Performance shall be in accordance with all provisions and specifications as stipulated herein.

Amendment 0001 - As of 11 April 2024 and amendment is being uploaded to revise the due date from 1 April 2024 to 17 June 2024.

Background
This solicitation is to procure Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) supplies and services, to include software development, software integration/installation, developmental testing and training in support of the C5M aircraft. The Contractor shall provide Support and Sustainment to the Government as identified in the solicitation and the attachments. The Basic Ordering Period is from 31 July 2024 to 30 July 2025. Additionally, there is an Ordering Period II from 31 July 2026 to 30 July 2027 for Integration, TDP, and System Verification.
