Please see the attached solicitation package for the subject project at the Richard Bolling Federal Building, 601 E. 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106

This Solicitation is set-aside Small Businesses, in accordance with FAR 19 The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.

If you would like to bid on this project, please fill out and sign the attached SF1449 and email to daniel.talbert@gsa.gov & lea-suzanne.avila@gsa.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. CT, Monday, September 19, 2022.

The SF1449 should include a detailed quote, but not be limited to, if applicable, separate labor and material costs, subcontractor fees, and overhead and profit rate if applicable.

Background
The solicitation is for the replacement of cafeteria equipment at the Richard Bolling Federal Building in Kansas City, MO. The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses in accordance with 19.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to replace existing cafeteria equipment. Specific work includes replacing self-service refrigerated air screen cases, ice machines, and reach-in freezers.

The contractor is also responsible for shipping, uncrating, setting in place, removing and disposing of existing equipment, installing new equipment by hooking up to existing electrical points, starting up and testing for proper operation. Additionally, the contractor must provide and submit a Pandemic Plan ensuring work is performed according to CDC guidelines and a Health and Safety Plan addressing OSHA requirements and other safety regulations.
