Our office has a contract opportunity for Port Handling In land Transportation (PHIT) in Malaysia. Please see attached PWS and order form for more information. This contract requires the contractor to provide Port Handling/ Inland Transportation (PHIT) and Vehicle Transportation with driver services. Support for the required services and supplies will normally be in a two-week period at two to four locations on Borneo such as (East) Malaysia, including Kota Kinabalu and Kota Belud. It includes but is not limited to Customs broker, Crane operation for port use, Forklifts, Flatbeds, Low boys line haul services, emergency vehicles, Wrecker, scissor lift, etc.

All questions or concerns need to be submitted NLT 26 April 2024; 1700hrs Hawaiian Standard Time. Solicitation Closing Date: NLT 30 April 2024; 1700hrs Hawaiian Standard Time.

Period of Performance is 09 May 2024-23 July 2024.

Background
The contract opportunity is for Port Handling/Inland Transportation (PHIT) and Vehicle Transportation with driver services in Malaysia. The contract primarily supports US Army training exercises such as PACIFIC PATHWAY, other military operations, and may support real-world operations including disaster relief operations. The required services and supplies will normally be in a two-week period at two to four locations on Borneo such as (East) Malaysia, including Kota Kinabalu and Kota Belud.

Work Details
The tasks include providing Port Handling/Inland Transportation (PHIT) and Vehicle Transportation with driver services in support of United States (US) military and civilian personnel in Malaysia. This includes customs broker/port agent support, 20 ft office container with air conditioning, crane operations, forklifts, flatbed line haul services, lowboy line haul services, stevedore & related terminal service, emergency vehicles, sweeper, wash down support services, passenger transportation vehicles, wrecker, and scissor lift. The contractor is also responsible for providing multiple points of contact within their company to coordinate delivery of supplies and services during normal business hours and after business hours.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance is from 09 May 2024 to 23 July 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at two to four locations on Borneo such as (East) Malaysia, including Kota Kinabalu and Kota Belud.
