RFQ for Press and Publicity Management USAID Pakistan

Background
This solicitation is issued by USAID Pakistan, which aims to enhance the visibility of its development efforts through effective publicity and media engagement. The goal of this contract is to promote a positive public image of USAID/Pakistan by highlighting the impact of its projects and activities across the country.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Media Relations and Press Management: Establish strong relationships with media contacts, pitch stories, prepare media kits, draft press releases in multiple languages, and manage crisis communications.

2. Media Event Coordination: Plan and execute media tours and press events, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.

3. Content Development and Media Monitoring: Collaborate with the DOC team to create compelling narratives, produce public service announcements, and monitor media coverage.

4. Photography and Videography Services: Provide professional photography and videography during events, maintaining a library of high-quality content.

5. Support for DOC/Media Networking Events: Assist in coordinating DOC/media networking events and ensure smooth operation of communication activities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will start from the date of award until a mutually agreed time between USAID and the contractor.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in one or more locations inside Pakistan as per the requirements outlined in the statement of work.
