RFP for Quantitative Research Analytical Data Support (QRADS)   2

This announcement serves as a solicitation notice. The Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC), Office of Acquisitions, intends to issue a solicitation to seek vendor(s) who will provide services to the SEC under the Quantitative Research Analytical Data Support (QRADS) requirement. The objective of this program is to obtain support for the SEC's Division of Economic and Risk Analysis (DERA) in the following work categories: 1) Capital Markets and Financial Industry Data Analysis; 2) Quantitative Analytical Support; 3) Analytic Development Environment Database Support; 4) Communication and Technical Writing Support; and, 5) Text Analytics Support. This requirement is being conducted as a non-commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 15. The Government anticipates awarding Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts resulting from the solicitation. The period of performance for this procurement shall consist of one (1) year base period with four (4), one (1) year options. The Request for Proposal (RFP) shall require the submission(s) of technical proposal(s) as well as price proposal(s). Contract(s) will be issued to eligible firms offering the best value proposal to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The actual solicitation and all related documents are hereby released and available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://fedbizopps.gov/.
