RFP for Integration & Production (I&P) Follow-On   2

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Integration and Production (I&P) Follow-On contract. The goal of this contract is to provide integration and production support services for Combat Integration & Identification Systems (CI&IDS). This contract will be a full and open competitive procurement resulting in a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a five-year ordering period and a potential six-month extension.

Work Details
The contractor will provide system integration, production and fabrication, in-service engineering, training, logistics engineering, testing, repair, laboratory and test bed management, quality assurance (QA), quality management, frequency spectrum authorization, and technical management for CI&IDS systems. Specific systems include AN/APX-118 and AN/APX-123(V) Transponder Sets, various interrogator sets (AN/UPX series), Centralized Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Systems, Non-Cooperative Target Recognition/Shipboard Advanced Radar Target Identification System (NCTR/SARTIS), Communications/Navigation Radio Frequency Avionics Flight Line Tester (CRAFT), among others. The contractor will also support NAWCAD tasking for programs sponsored by NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVICP-M, USCG, FMS customers, and other government entities. The contractor must have a SECRET facility clearance and personnel with SECRET clearance as specified in the Statement of Work.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF), Patuxent River MD.
