Background
Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), managed by Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC for the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP 365321-CMR) for the procurement of axial expansion bellows.

The goal of this contract is to acquire specific assemblies that meet the technical requirements outlined in the solicitation, which supports Fermilab's mission in high-energy physics research.

Work Details
The proposal requests the following items:
1. Axial expansion joint with weld ends, 8 inch - Quantity: 24 each - Specifications per FNAL Specification ED0039521-A.
2. Inspection internal/documentation - Quantity: 1 Lot - Specifications per FNAL Specification ED0039521-A.
3. Axial expansion joint with weld ends, 10 inch - Quantity: 3 each - Specifications per FNAL Specification ED0039521-A.
4. Inspection internal/documentation - Quantity: 1 Lot - Specifications per FNAL Specification ED0039521-A.

Total Extended Proposal Price must be included in the proposal along with any exceptions to specifications and extra charges for containers or tooling.

Place of Performance
The units will ship to Fermilab Receiving Warehouse 2, located at Kirk Rd & Wilson Street, Batavia, IL 60510, United States.
