RFI for Information Technology Engineering Support Services (ITESS)

Background
The Government invites industry to review the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide capability statements as requested below as well as comments on efficient and/or economical requirements development consistent with industry best practices. This is a request for information (RFI) for market research purposes only and your response is not an offer. This RFI does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in preparation of any submission to this RFI, or to contract for services. All documents are drafts at this time, and could change substantially if an official request for proposal is issued. Due consideration will be given to all feedback, and any feedback received may be used to revise requirements.

Work Details
The solicitation is for Information Technology Engineering Support Services (ITESS) focusing on Security Support Activities including Technical Planning, Accreditation Sustainment, Periodic Government Inspections, Cybersecurity Support Specific Tasks such as Risk Management Framework (RMF) Security Plan, Security Test Plan, Security Testing, Supporting Certification Documentation, RMF Security POA&M, A&A Scorecard, Continuous Monitoring Strategy, Monthly Patching Support, Monthly Patch Regression Testing, Monthly Patch Disk Regression Testing Report.
Additionally, it includes Test Event Planning, Preparation of the Test Environment, Verification Process, Validation Process, Test Execution, Test Reporting, Shared Test Data Access and Integrated Testing Activities.
