RFI - ERP Execution

Background
The purpose of this RFI is to elicit information in support of DLA’s ERP Transformation effort to determine if the market has sufficient expertise in S/4 HANA to perform some or all the requirements defined in the attached PWS. Over the past several years, DLA has completed a Technical Business Transformation Study, a Functional Business Transformation Study, successfully migrated from DISA to the AWS NS2 Cloud, and has completed several Business Process Re-engineering efforts through leveraging S/4 HANA Prototype environments.

Work Details
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for the execution of the ERP Transformation to upgrade the existing ERP from Suite 7 to S/4 HANA while standardizing based on completed BPRs. The Contractor shall provide SAP support services as set forth in this PWS. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision, and services to execute the design through release for the Product Backlog Items identified in the Product Backlog List (PBL).
The contractor will be responsible for providing project management support for this contract in support of all tasks within this Task Order. This project management support must be provided using an Agile Methodology by participating in and providing input to the sprint planning, daily scrum, scrum of scrums, sprint reviews, project design reviews, sprint retrospectives, and associated project meetings for this Task Order.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this task order beginning in Figure 1 – Product Release Roadmap, Step 5 and continuing throughout the cycle for this task order. The contractor shall provide SAP Subscription Licenses for the S/4 HANA environment that will be established as part of Task 2 Subtask 5 above.
