Description

SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) for a 57 WG Project Manager
1. This is a RFI notice only. This RFI is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10.

2. The 99th Contracting Squadron is seeking market information from qualified, experienced and interested vendors who can supply the items and perform services outlined below and in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for Project Manager Support for the 57 WG, Nellis AFB.

3. Please provide information on if the outlined requirements can be fulfilled by a single FTE.

4. Request interested firms respond to the following:

a. Identify your firm's information (name, address, phone number, CAGE code).
b. Identify if your company is a large or small business. If applicable, identify what small business program(s) (i.e. SBA Certified 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HubZone, etc.) your company is certified as.
c. Identify the appropriate amount of calendar days required to respond to a RFP.
d. What is the timeframe needed from time of award to transition and begin new service.
e. Any other comments, feedback or response on how to improve this requirement is highly encouraged.
f. The Government wants to ensure transparency of this process and ensure interested firms are provided the same information. If your firm has a question regarding this RFI, can the Government post your firm's questions, along with the Government's response, in FedBizOpps, GSA, etc. (your firm's name will not be disclosed to the public)?

5. Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses via email to the primary point of contact, Rachel Tilley, at rachel.tilley.1@us.af.mil, no later than Wednesday, 13 November 2024 at 1000 am Pacific Time. Earlier submission is highly encouraged.

6. This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.

Background
The 99th Contracting Squadron is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market research for Project Manager Support for the 57th Wing at Nellis Air Force Base.

The goal of this contract is to identify qualified vendors who can provide the necessary support and services as outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW). This initiative aligns with the mission of the United States Air Force Warfare Center, which focuses on advanced training and operational support across air, space, and cyber domains.

Work Details
The contractor will provide expert-level support in various areas including:
- Advanced Air/Space/Cyber Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) mission planning and execution.
- Advanced C5ISR systems integration and engineering.
- Current Operations planning and execution.
- Civil Engineering Project Design and Management.
- Contractor LVC aircrew training and courseware development.
- Facility engineering and maintenance support.
- Information, Network, and Program security management.
- Aircraft maintenance support.

The contractor will also be responsible for program/project management, ensuring compliance with security requirements, conducting training simulations, and providing oversight for mission requirements.
