Responsive E-Services (RES-ist) Activity   2

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (USAID/BiH) anticipates awarding a five-year Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) Completion contract to implement the Responsive E-Services (RES-ist) Activity.

This procurement is classified as Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19 and FAR Part 15. USAID encourages small businesses to indicate its interest in this solicitation by submitting a proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors. USAID will evaluate the responsive proposals in accordance with the evaluation factors provided in Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award.

Electronic responses to this RFP are mandatory (see Section L). Please submit your proposals to sarajevooaa@usaid.gov by 9:00 a.m. Sarajevo, BiH time, November 13, 2019. Receipt time is when the proposal is received by USAID Washington, DC internet server.

Deadline for submission of questions is 9:00 a.m. Sarajevo, BiH time, October 9, 2019.

This RFP does not obligate the United States Government to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. In addition, the Government reserves the right to reject any or all offerors, if such action is considered in the best interest of the Government. Furthermore, the Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
