Background
The solicitation is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement (HC) services for male and female offenders located within the city limits of Del Rio, TX. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined above. The period of performance for any contract awarded under the RFP will be for a one-year base year and four, one-year option years.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (for In-House RRC beds) and Home Confinement Services (for Home Confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes located within the city limits of Del Rio, Texas. The services will be provided on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contractor must submit pricing for the base period and each option year as specified in the solicitation.

The services include providing RRC in-house beds and home confinement placements to a single provider as these services are interconnected and rely upon each other to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders.

Period of Performance
The anticipated periods of performance are: Base Period: Date of performance through 12 months; Option Year 1: 13 months through 24 months; Option Year 2: 25 months through 36 months; Option Year 3: 37 months through 48 months; Option Year 4: 49 months through 60 months.
