Resident Satisfaction Survey for USMC Housing   2

Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) requires an annual survey to be conducted to solicit feedback from personnel residing in Public Private Venture (PPV) homes and Marine Corps Family and Unaccompanied Housing units. This is a new requirement for the Marine Corps. In the past, the Public/Private Venture (PPV) partners surveyed Marine Corps residents in the PPV housing, but the Government-owned Family Housing and Unaccompanied Housing residents have never been surveyed. As such, this requirement is to conduct resident satisfaction surveys for all Marine Corps housing residents in both government owned and privatized housing. Therefore, the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) requires contractor support to conduct these surveys to measure the level of satisfaction that Marine Corps residents have with the quality of their homes and the housing services that they receive.

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type contract awarded to RDN using FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR Subpart 12 procedures.
