Reserve Component and National Guard Captain's Career Course Facility Support Services

Background
This is a non-personal services contract to provide facilities in support of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, Department of Leader Training Reserve Component Captains Career Course at Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston.

Work Details
The contract requires facility support services for the Reserve Component and National Guard Captains’ Career Course (CCC) at Fort Sam Houston, TX. The contractor must update information in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) on a semi-annual basis throughout the life of the contract. The offeror's proposal will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance, price, and subcontracting plan. The technical proposal should include a detailed narrative explaining how the tasks in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be accomplished, including COVID-19 policy for facilities/campus immunization/vaccination/safeguarding/sanitation. The past performance evaluation will assess the offeror’s probability of meeting the solicitation’s requirements based on recent and relevant experience. Price will be evaluated using one or more price analysis techniques to determine if prices are fair and reasonable.

The contract work will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston.
