Background
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is the Federal agency responsible for the operation and oversight of the Medicare and Medicaid programs, as well as the Federal participant in State-operated Medicaid programs and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

CMS’ mission is to assure healthcare security for the public by managing these programs and providing leadership in the healthcare marketplace. The agency aims to improve health outcomes while reducing costs through innovative care delivery and payment models.

The RMADA 3 IDIQ contract will support CMS in its mission by providing analytical support and technical assistance for various models and demonstration programs established under health reform legislation.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a wide range of analytical support and technical assistance activities, including but not limited to: supporting model design and operations (excluding IT), conducting program, data, and environmental analyses, monitoring model site implementations, designing surveys and primary data collection activities, analyzing secondary data sources related to Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and private payers, reporting on formative and summative analyses, providing rapid cycle evaluation feedback, creating summative reports of program findings, assisting in developing program templates and tools, supporting stakeholder engagement and training, providing data analysis/integration support, developing program-specific resource guides, reviewing grant proposals, collaborating on learning systems for accelerated improvement dissemination.

The Contractor must also adhere to strict guidelines regarding IT systems development and data management.
