Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a requirement for technical services to support research, engineering and development (RE&D); developmental test and evaluation (DT&E); general engineering; laboratory operations; and supplemental laboratory and test range facilities in support of the Science and Technology (S&T) Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL), located at the William J. Hughes Technical Center Atlantic City International Airport in New Jersey. These mission critical services will support DHS national security efforts to counter current and emerging terrorist threats and criminal acts through research, development, and implementation of deterrent and detection technologies.
