The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) will host a pre-solicitation Industry Day for the DIA Office of Facilities and Services (FAC) Technical Services requirement, on 18 -19 March 2025 beginning at 0800 AM/EST (daily), at the DIA HQ facility located on Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB). This event will provide the industry with an overview of the DIA Technical (Tech) Services requirement followed by one-on-one sessions.

The purpose of this event is to promote competition by providing industry a better understanding of the upcoming procurement; provide industry a networking opportunity to build teaming arrangements; and provide an opportunity for the government to introduce preliminary aspects of the procurement prior to releasing a formal solicitation.

Participation in the DIA FAC Technical Services Industry Day does NOT ensure or commit participation in future solicitations or contract awards.

Registration is required to participate in the DIA FAC Tech Services Industry Day.

Background
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is hosting a pre-solicitation Industry Day for the DIA Office of Facilities and Services (FAC) Technical Services requirement. The event aims to provide industry participants with an overview of the upcoming procurement, promote competition, and facilitate networking opportunities for building teaming arrangements.

This initiative is part of DIA's mission to enhance its facilities and services worldwide.

Work Details
The contract involves providing technical services in support of the Facilities Engineering Division (FAC) and includes project management and related services for DIA facilities globally. Key tasks include:
- Providing qualified Program Managers who will interface with various stakeholders including DIA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the White House.
- Developing project management plans, schedules, and monitoring/reporting project status.
- Ensuring personnel are trained and certified as required.
- Conducting routine facility inspections, managing daily operations, maintenance, and repair actions on equipment and systems.
- Creating predictive maintenance programs and tracking work requests in an automated database.
- Performing assessments of facility equipment and compiling detailed reports of findings along with preventive maintenance schedules.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance includes multiple phases with specific timelines yet to be finalized, including an expected option year from March 24, 2030, through March 23, 2031, with a potential six-month extension.

Place of Performance
The principal places of performance are at the DIA HQ located on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington D.C., White House in Washington D.C., and DIA facilities in Reston, Virginia.
