Request For Proposals for Leasing Opportunity at East Potomac Park in Washington, DC

SUMMARY OF LEASING OPPORTUNITY
This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides the opportunity for any interested individual or organization
(hereafter referred to as an Offeror ) to submit proposals to the National Park Service (NPS or Lessor ) for
Lease No. L-NAMA-001-23 ( Lease ) to lease NPS property, including the East Potomac Tennis Center
(hereafter referred to as the Tennis Center ) located in East Potomac Park within the National Mall and
Memorial Parks ( Park Area ).
The selected Offeror will have a specified period of time to negotiate the final terms of the Lease with the
NPS based on the Draft Lease. Elements of the selected Offeror's proposal may be incorporated into the Lease at the Lessor's discretion.

Overview of Property Offered for Lease
The Tennis Center is located at 1090 Ohio Drive SW, Washington, D.C., within the National Mall and
Memorial Parks' East Potomac Park at Exit 2 along U.S. Route 395. The property is located at the corner of
Buckeye Dr. SW and Ohio Dr. SW on Hains Point adjacent to the East Potomac Links Golf Course.
With outdoor and indoor climate-controlled courts that allow for year-round play and views of the
Washington Monument, Washington Channel, and East Potomac Links, the Tennis Center is a popular,
conveniently located destination that is frequented by both locals and visitors to the area. The property
offers both clay and hard courts. Parking is available adjacent to the Tennis Center and along Ohio Drive.
