Request for Information-TSS Sustainment Dev-Proto Production Amendment 1

Background
The Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) is conducting market research to identify nontraditional defense contractors, nonprofit research institutions, small businesses, and/or traditional defense contractors that meet select security criteria. The goal is to collect industry input/feedback, assess collective vendor capabilities, shape future requirements, and identify contract vehicles to compete potential follow-on efforts.

Work Details
The Request for Information seeks industry responses to inform three activities: Sustain and provide Interim Contractor Support (ICS) for EW Systems; Develop/Prototype EW System Variants; Produce EW System Variants. Each activity has detailed descriptions of the tasks involved, including providing sustainment for system hardware and software, developing common hardware and software baseline for an EW System, producing an EW System as defined by a production-level TDP, managing obsolescence and updating TDP as changes occur, and supporting Follow-on Test and Evaluation if required.
The RFI also includes specific questions targeted to potential activities that companies need to address in their responses.
