Background
The VISN 15 VA Medical Centers are seeking potential sources for a lease and maintenance agreement for various medical scopes and supporting equipment. This Request For Information (RFI) is intended for preliminary planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. The goal is to gather information on the capabilities and qualifications of businesses that can meet these requirements.

Work Details
The requirement includes, but is not limited to, the following types of scopes:

- Bronchoscopes
- Ureteroscopes
- Cystoscopes
- ENT scopes
- Gastroscopes
- Urology scopes.

Additionally, support equipment needed includes:

- Monitor
- Flushing pumps
- Roll stand
- Various cables and cords
- Processors
- Generator with footswitch
- Carts
- Trolley
- Various accessories for the carts or trolley
- Connectors
- Lamps
- Footswitches
- Keyboards
- Printers
- Forceps
- Graspers
- Cameras
- Light sources
- Travel cart with screen
- Bowie unit
- CO2 regulation unit
- Workstation
- Laser system
- Printer heads for cameras and electrosurgical generators.

All equipment must be compatible with high-performance video filtering.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be defined once the requirement is formally established; however no specific dates are provided in this RFI.

The supported Medical Centers are located in Kansas City (MO), Columbia (MO), Topeka (KS), Leavenworth (KS), Wichita (KS), St. Louis (MO), Marion (IL), Evansville (IN), Poplar Bluff (MO), and Cape Girardeau (MO).
