Background
The United States Agency for International Development, Kenya and East Africa (USAID/KEA) is designing a new elections support program aimed at the 2027 electoral cycle. The program's goal is to build citizen trust and confidence in electoral institutions and processes. USAID/KEA seeks input from various stakeholders to inform the design of this program.

Work Details
USAID/KEA is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to offer stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment on, and provide responses that will support the future elections program. The RFI aims to gather insights on industry capabilities and interests. Background information and specific questions for input are provided in the attachment to this notice.

It is important to note that this RFI is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Applications (RFA), and does not imply any commitment by the U.S. Government or USAID to issue a solicitation or award a contract based on this RFI. Respondents are advised not to submit proposals or applications at this time, as technical or cost proposals are not being sought.

Period of Performance
The program will be implemented over a period of four years from 2025 to 2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Kenya.
