Request for Information (RFI): Modular Open Radio Frequency Architecture (MORA) Aligned RF Amplifier - System

Background
The Department of the Army is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) as part of a market survey to identify potential sources and emerging technologies for the development of requirements and acquisition strategy for a Modular Open Radio Frequency Architecture (MORA) Aligned RF Amplifier system.

The goal of this contract is to create a vehicle-mounted system that provides RF distribution and amplification across a wide frequency range, facilitating a common RF interface from various vehicle systems to transmit antennas. Control of the system will adhere to the MORA Version 2.5 standard.

Work Details
The MORA Aligned RF Amplifier system will include:
- Vehicle-mounted design
- RF distribution and amplification capabilities across a wide frequency range
- A common RF interface for various vehicle systems
- Control via MORA Version 2.5 standard.

Interested parties are requested to submit white papers detailing their system capabilities, including:
1. Technical specifications and benefits of the solution.
2. Assessment of technology and integration readiness levels, including development efforts needed to achieve TRL 7 solutions with associated costs and schedules.
3. Non-binding rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for procuring 50, 100, and 250 systems.
